Geen zomerstop voor Volt Den Haag

Terwijl anderen afschakelen voor de zomer, schakelen wij juist een tandje bij. Avond aan avond zijn onze themagroepen druk in de weer met het schrijven van het beleidsprogramma voor Volt Den Haag. Afgelopen maand kwamen onder andere de themagroepen Veiligheid, Klimaat en Mobiliteit bij elkaar met ambitieuze plannen en scherpe voorstellen als resultaat.
Ook de themagroep Migratie organiseerde een inspirerende ronde tafel, en de groep Cultuur werkt op volle toeren aan hun bijdrage. En dit werk stopt niet bij de zomervakantie. Wij schrijven door, net zo lang totdat Den Haag een doordacht, inclusief en toekomstgericht programma heeft.

No Summer Break for Volt The Hague
While others wind down for the summer, we’re taking things up. Evening after evening, our thematic working groups are hard at work drafting the policy programme for Volt The Hague. Over the past month, the groups on Security, Climate, and Mobility met and came up with ambitious plans and sharp proposals.
The Migration group held an inspiring roundtable, and the Culture team is working full steam ahead on their contribution. And this work won’t stop for the summer holidays—we’ll keep writing until The Hague has a well-thought-out, inclusive, and future-oriented programme.
