Met veel enthousiasme nodigen we je uit voor ons aankomende ledencongres! Dit is hét moment om samen richting te geven aan de toekomst van onze afdeling en belangrijke beslissingen te nemen. De deadline voor amendementen en moties is op 8 maart verstreken, en we hebben geen verzoeken hiervoor ontvangen.

Stemmingen en quorum
48 uur voor het congres ontvang je een aparte e-mail met een persoonlijke stemlink. Het is van groot belang dat je deze gebruikt om te stemmen. De stemmingen zijn essentieel om besluiten te kunnen nemen. We hebben een quorum nodig van minstens 3% van de leden (minimaal 45 deelnemers). Jouw stem telt dus mee!

Om te voldoen aan het quorum, vragen we je om zo snel mogelijk (zodra je de stemlink hebt ontvangen) via ‘Stemming 1: Instemmen agenda en notulen vorige congres’ aan te geven dat je deelneemt aan de stemming van het congres.
Je kunt altijd opnieuw stemmen; alleen je laatste stem wordt meegeteld.
