DESCRIPTION:Wherever Volt goes\, success follows. After our GA in Bucharest
 \, Volt Romania gained 7 seats at the local level. Following our Campaign K
 ickoff event in Brussels\, 5 of our members now sit there as Members of the
  European Parliament. Holding our GA in Albania is a testament to our inten
 tion to bring fresh ideas and positive energy into the Balkans’ political
  arena. Albania has been an official candidate for accession to the EU for 
 over 10 years\, yet little progress has been made in the negotiation
